High Noon labor coverage addresses defects in our workmanship. Product defects, component replacement, and manufacturer remedies are handled under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Weather readiness
For retractable products, follow the manufacturer's guidance to retract before storms or unsafe wind conditions.
Keep compatible wind or shake sensors operating as intended; do not bypass a sensor to keep a product running in unsafe conditions.
Service early
A serviceable shade may benefit from a track or fabric adjustment. An awning may need level or arm service. Addressing a change in operation early can help avoid more extensive fabric, motor, arm, or hardware repairs.
Stop operating a shade or awning that binds, twists, scrapes, hangs unevenly, or shows damaged fabric or hardware.

Include your original High Noon invoice or approximate installation date, service address, product or motor brand if known, a short description, and clear photos or video of the issue. An on-site inspection may be needed to confirm the cause and available coverage.
This summary applies to the original purchaser at the original installation location. High Noon's one-year labor coverage begins when our installation or service work is complete.
For a confirmed defect in High Noon workmanship during that period, High Noon will correct the workmanship at no labor charge. This coverage does not include normal wear, fading, corrosion, storm/weather damage, misuse, inadequate maintenance, modifications, or third-party work.
Manufacturer parts, shipping, and work unrelated to a confirmed High Noon workmanship defect are subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty or paid-service terms. The signed estimate or invoice and applicable manufacturer terms control if they differ from this page.
