Do you repair exterior shades installed by another company?
Yes. High Noon Shades repairs many existing vertical exterior shade, screen shade, roll shade, and motorized systems when parts and access make service practical. Retractable awnings have a separate awning repair path.
What if I do not know the brand or motor type?
That is common. Photos of the full opening, tracks, bottom bar, motor side, and remote usually help identify whether the issue looks like a product problem, a control problem, or both.
Do I need a repair page or a programming page?
Use the programming resources if the issue is clearly about a working shade that only needs remote, channel, or hub guidance. Use the repair center when the shade is stuck, hanging up, noisy, sagging, wind-damaged, or not behaving reliably.
Can a shade be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the structure is sound and the issue is isolated to fabric, tracks, controls, limits, sensors, or replaceable hardware, repair may extend the life of the system significantly.
